Painting
Whether it is inside your home or outside, freshly decorated walls and woodwork will breathe new life into any property. We can help with your project.
We offer a fully project managed service for interior and exterior painting and decorating. Beyond painting, we provide all types of decorating and finishes, such as wallpaper hanging, speciality finishes and effects.
Estimates & Site visits
Once you have the architect’s drawings and planning permission confirmed, it’s time to start finding the right construction company for your project. EMPE conduct a site visit to assess the scope of work in person, before putting together an estimate of the projects cost. An estimate is based on an assessment of your home alongside the structural and architectural drawings you’ve commissioned, giving us a big-picture view of the task at hand so that we can provide you with an accurate estimate.
EMPE provide a thorough, detailed and entirely transparent free quote — with a fixed fee for your project and no upfront costs. You’ll receive a quote that’s broken down into categories, along with fixed fee costs for every step of the process leaving no room for hidden or surprise costs later down the road.
